Yes! You can select the jewellery of your choosing. However, please note that you can only utilise your SafeGold balance against the gold component in the chosen jewellery item. All making charges, precious and synthetic stones are excluded from the remit of this offer. Your SafeGold balance cannot be utilised against the purchase of gold coins at CaratLane, you can purchase gold coins on the SafeGold website itself :)

It will be valued at the prevailing live purchase rate for 24K gold offered.

You can utilise any amount of SafeGold balance you have, without any minimum grams requirement.

The gram for gram offer means that you will get the full value of your 24K SafeGold balance, converted to the equivalent without any amount deducted for “wastage” by CaratLane. The corresponding calculations for conversion from your 24 karat SafeGold.

  2. You can refer to Candere’s policy for information on returns, exchanges and refunds (Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy).

  3. In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, you will have to pay the difference. The prevailing market value [for the exchange of jewellery] will be determined by Candere. SafeGold and Candere reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.

  4. For CaratLane:

  5. CaratLane products purchased through SafeGold are not eligible for a 30-Day Money Back or BuyBack from CaratLane, only Lifetime Exchange applies. Hence, you can opt to exchange the product that has been bought for another CaratLane product.

After placing your order online, your products will be shipped to you directly by Candere. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Candere.com containing your Fedex, DHL-Bluedart, and/or DTDC tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on Candere.com.
